Personalized and Customized Products
Because personalized and customized items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded. If your personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or made incorrectly on our end, we will gladly arrange an exchange for a replacement of the same item. Exchanges for these products are available only for defects or errors, not for change of mind.
Original Designs and Non-Personalized Items
Items that are not personalized (our original designs and stock products) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.
Digital Items
Digital products (downloads, files, and digital designs) are non-refundable. Because these items are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all sales of digital items are final.
Damaged or Defective Items
If any item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or exchange.

Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
